What is the vision for Agrome Market?

Agrome Market aims to support the local food growers access customers that want sustainable, fresh and local food sources.

What is the Agrome Market Platform?

Agrome Market is a platform that helps to connect farmers directly to customers online, enabling potential buyers ranging from individual customers to businesses i.e. restaurants to get access to farm products from our local farmers.

What are the steps to ordering?

  1. Visit our website : www.agromemarket.com
  2. Select your item and quantity (Kg)
  3. View your cart page.
  4. Proceed to check out.
  5. Fill in your delivery and billing details.
  6. Submit your order.
  7. Receive order confirmation.
  8. Make payment.
  9. Receive sales receipt and delivery confirmation.

Are there any delivery charges?

Delivery charges are dependent on the location and district. Free delivery is given to orders above $45 per order.

How do we confirm an order has been received?

Upon submission of your order, you will receive an email or a Whatsapp message to confirm receipt of order and Order Reference Number. The message/email will summarize details such as the customer order and payment details. It is advisable for the customer to provide a valid and correct contact detail to ensure that our team can submit the order confirmation details and reference number to the customer.

What is the payment method once order is confirmed?

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer to Agrome BIBD bank account or cash payment below $20 per order. Screenshot of payment made will be sent to +673 8722844 or email to sales@agromemarket.com.

  • Confirmation of payment received will be sent to respective customers together with an electronic sale receipt.

Can a customer add, or amend their confirmed order?

Once your order is confirmed and you have received the order confirmation, you cannot change the order.

When can a customer make their order?

Customers can make their order daily.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery will take up to 3-4 working days. Agrome Market aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! As items may be sourced from different places, delivery times may vary. If there is a different lead time, we may prioritise parts of your order and ship them separately. However, we don’t and cannot guarantee that the delivery time frames will be met as there may be factors outside of our control that may result in early or delayed deliveries.

Can a customer see their order history?

The final email order confirmation is your receipt of order.

What if I want to change my delivery address or suspend the delivery of their order?

Which areas do we deliver?

Only in Brunei Darussalam. On all 4 Districts (Brunei Muara, Tutong, Belait and Temburong).

What are the terms and conditions of delivery?

  • Upon Receiving your order: Please note that you will have to sign for your order. Agrome Market will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Agrome Market will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
  • If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

What if the customer receives the wrong item?

What is Agrome MarketPlace Return & Refund policy?

Agrome Market Place Return & Refund policy is as following:-

1. Return Policy (Option 1): If the customer receives produce that is damaged at the time of delivery, they must contact Agrome customer service team at +673 8722844or email sales@agromemarket.com. Return request should be made within 2 hours upon the receipt of the products. If the reason for the return is authentic and verified the products will be replaced or refunded as credit.

2. Refund Policy (Option 2) : As our platform offers perishable farm agricultural products, we do not issue refunds once the order is done and the products have been delivered unless under the following circumstances:-

  • (2a) If the order is prepaid and if for some unforeseeable reason, we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the amount within the next 72hrs.
  • (2b) For any unexpected damage and defects that occur on the delivered products, it is advisable for customers to contact our customer service team at +673 8722844. Shall the damage or defect is caused by negligence from our part, we will deliver a fresh set of the same product in the next delivery
  • (2c) Shall the produce delivered is not as ordered, customer is to contact Agrome Customer Service team at +673 8722844 within 12 hours from the date of the delivery. Customer is to provide proof to prove that the purchased product is not the same as ordered, If the claim is found to be true, we will refund the amount in the next 72 hours.

Can a customer cancel their order?

Although we do not encourage cancellation of order however, shall the customer decide to cancel their order, they can contact Agrome customer service team at: +673 8722844, and Email: sales@agromemarket.com, before the fourth day of the week and the amount will be refund within the next 72 hours via bank transfer. 

If I am a local grower, Can I sell on the Agrome Market?

Yes, you can register your product to sell on the website. For Interested farmers, please do contact the Agrome Service team at: +673 8722844or email: sales@agromemarket.com and register with us by filling in the Agrome MarketPlace registration form.
